Western Nutrition Diseases

Many believe that the typical “western diet” is a significant cause or contributor of many diseases and poor health conditions.  We are not eating the correct diet to match our genetics.  Some people have wider genetic nutrition tolerances and are surviving better than others.  As a nation our health is declining more every year.

Our true genetic potential says that on the AVERAGE we should be able to live 75 years disease free, strong, and healthy; and live an AVERAGE total life span of over 100 years.  Our average disease free life span is much lower than that, below 50 years of age now, and our disease free life span average is getting worse every year.  We are quickly becoming a diseased culture; and worse yet, we are spreading our disease creating food and nutrition concepts to the rest of the world.  Nutrition is the most powerful drug and few people including most conventional doctors really understand how significant nutrition is to overall health.

Places in the world that adapt our western diet have many of our degenerative diseases and conditions appearing within about 20-30 years of eating like us.  All of these diseases I will label as the “Western Nutrition Syndrome”.  As our western nutrition continues to worsen and our children eat poorly at an earlier age, the number having the below conditions continues to grow.  We are getting more degenerative conditions at an earlier age than ever before.  Do we want to prevent these or lessen their impact?  Or just let them happen to more of us and then expect some miracle drug to fix everything from our well-meaning drug pusher conventional doctors.
